Musqle On Price, Delivery and Returns for UK Buyers

Price per pack

These are the prices we saw at the UK checkout on 8 November 2026. Prices can change, so confirm the total before you pay. Each pack holds 60 capsules, which is one month at the seller's directions of 2 capsules a day.

The checkout says “One-off, no subscription”. Pay-later and instalment options are shown, such as Klarna. We mention them only as shown, so read the provider's terms before choosing one.

Shipping and delivery

Free shipping was shown on every option, and the seller states a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days, with PostNL as the carrier and a tracking link emailed when the order ships. The seller states that the product is manufactured in the Netherlands. If nobody is home, the carrier may leave the parcel at a pickup point, and it must be collected within the window on the tracking page.

Keep your order confirmation, which will have the seller's contact details, and check the parcel on arrival against the label described in our ingredients guide.

Import charges for UK deliveries

The seller's shipping policy says that for deliveries outside the EU and EEA, customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are the customer's responsibility, where they apply. The United Kingdom is outside the EU. The checkout shows a total in pounds and does not say whether import VAT is included, so we cannot tell you whether an extra charge can arise on your parcel.

Before you pay, look at the total and any tax line, and ask the seller in writing whether your order will be sent duty-paid. An unexpected charge from the carrier at the door is a common complaint with cross-border supplement orders.

Returns and refunds, per the seller

The seller's return policy gives you 30 calendar days from receipt to return goods. They must be returned sealed in their original packaging, unopened, unused and undamaged. You must email customer service first and agree the return, and the return address is in the Netherlands. The refund is paid within a maximum of 15 days after the seller receives the parcel. You can ask to cancel before dispatch, although orders usually ship the same day.

For returns from outside the EU, including the UK, the policy says you are responsible for all return costs, including shipping, customs fees, import duties and VAT, and a parcel that arrives with unpaid charges can be refused, in which case no refund is made. Return postage is not refunded in any case. In practice a return from the UK may cost a good part of the price of one pack, so a single pack is the cautious way to start.

We cannot process returns or refunds ourselves.

Working out the real cost

Because each pack is a one-month supply at the stated directions, the per-pack price is also roughly the monthly cost: £54.95 for a single pack, £39.95 a month if you buy two, and £36.65 a month if you buy three. Larger bundles lower the price per pack, but you pay more up front and the sealed-goods rule means you may be unable to return packs you have already opened.

Do not rely on discount banners, struck-through reference prices (the seller shows £79.95 as a regular price) or countdown messages on any sales page. The only figure that matters is the total on your checkout screen, in pounds, before you confirm.

Checkout checklist

1. Read the ingredient list on the checkout or product page and note any difference from what you have seen elsewhere.
2. Check the total in pounds and look for any tax or duty line.
3. Confirm it is a one-off payment, not a subscription.
4. Read the return policy, including the section on returns from the UK.
5. Keep your order confirmation and the seller's contact details.
6. Pay with a method that offers buyer protection.
